Description:

RedPoint is seeking an energetic individual to join our team as Credit Analyst.

We have a current opening for:

  • Communicating with customers to collect overdue amounts.

  • Enforcing the credit policy.

  • Customer account maintenance, reconciliation and payment application.

  • Identifying potential write-off amounts or amounts that can be sent to collection agencies, when necessary.

  • Reviewing new credit applications and assigning appropriate credit limits.

  • Reviewing current customer credit limits as required and applying appropriate changes.

  • Following up on dispute resolution with customers and Account Executives.

  • Advising and discussing delinquent customers with Account Executives.

  • Identifying and taking action on unstable or high-risk customers.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Your skills, knowledge and know how:

  • 3 to 5 years of credit, collections and receivables experience.

  • Proven ability to thoroughly investigate and understand the degree of risk associated with credit applications.

  • Good business sense with proven decision-making and sound judgment.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word. Experience with ACCPAC will be an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Description:

As the successful candidate you will be required to work independently, handling all aspects of advertising sales in our quarterly magazine. This will include duties such as:

  • Ad prospecting and sales
  • Contract and material collection
  • Record keeping and invoicing

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with the Child Find Alberta team in assisting to produce a magazine from beginning to end.

Qualifications:

This position requires a professional who has an education and/or experience in Business, Marketing, and Public Relations. Any other previous media, or sales experience is an asset. We offer a base plus commission, as well as additional “bonus” revenue opportunities.
